I believe there is no formula for this problem, you must verify with each equipments suppliers and asked them for the CTB, CSO, Xmod distortion level and the noise fig. of their equipment. You then reduced their distortion level at you own operating level. For each DB level above their spec. you must degrad CTB and Xmod by 2 dB, CSO by 1 dB and do the same thing if your operating level is lower than the one giving. For Carrier to noise you have to go with the input level of the amp and the Noise Fig. given by supplier. It is a good thing to add 1dB to the noise fig. given as supplier of equipment, as you have to add an input equilizer that is generally required at each amp. input.
