Job Description: The purpose of this position is to coordinate the daily construction activities of all field employees.1. This position shall report directly to the Construction Supervisor and indirectly to the Project Manager. 2. This position requires supervisory responsibilities over the personnel on his/her crew. 1. Ensure proper material requisition and record maintenance of all field crews. 2. Reviews and monitors the training of all field personnel. 3. Reviews the daily logs and records of all vehicles used by field personnel. 4. Ensures that all crews are used at their maximum productions and safety. 5. Shall supply field crews in the field with materials, equipment or repair on a daily basis. 6. Ensures that all daily reports from field crews are properly completed and turned in. 7. Extensive outside contact with the general public.
Qualifications and Requirements: 1. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. 2. This position requires the ability to work outdoors year – round 3. This position requires a valid drivers license and good driving record is necessary 4. A minimum of three years in cable TV construction experience is required. 5. Must have all the requirements of a Foreperson. 6. A pre-employment drug screen is required.
