I got the 17" set. I do like to climb a bit. Ive been up a pole in sandles myself. As far as wesco,s are concerned your right. They make a great product. Since these are new to me I can only say time will tell the tale. But they seem like they are made very well. Ive had wescos and wore em slap out. I will admit I never took good care of em.
