> *Systems Engineering (Planning, scope of work development, specifications, right of way/permiting, management of new network buildouts)
>
> *System Managment/Project Management (managed upgrade process/network design, managed HE, labs that included Motorola DAC, SA DNCS.)
>
> *CATV Design (LODE DATA/FOCUS), Upgrade/Rebuild Project Managment, Drafting (Microstation/AutoCad/Visio) of Fiber optic neworks/splice diagrams, HE Design (layout, powering and RF nework design/drafting).
>
> *Integration and Testing (PHY layer testing, RF and Optical network testing/integration, DOCSIS ATP testing, Creation of ATPs and testing) Proven and Demonstratable skills in RF and Optical design, planning and testing.
>
> Relocation is not a problem and willing to travel. Several excellent references from all past employment including recent.
