I mean no disrespect to Mr. Dunn but if you read his resquest
it was for everything under the sun. If he has a job then he
needs to get with people in the area and system of that job
and expeople who have worked in that system so he knows what
it costs to do the job. It looked to me that he doesn't have
the experance or supervision in place to go for a job that
needs pricing for everything form walkout and design to cert.
and bert. People bidding blind is the reason a person with
six months exp. and a truck is making more profit than people
with years of exp. and hundreds of thousands of dollars invested in the industry,not to mention the families of the
employees who are affected when someone comes in and low balls or just bids uniformed gets the job only to go broke
six months down the road this not only affects his employees
but those of the contractor who had the work at an honest price. This is all I,m going to say on this subject just hope
you don,t became a victim of lowballing, inexperinced flyby
night contractors when you do think about this. Have a very nice day.
