four weeks out from the date you invoice. that's 5 weeks; do the math you should read the memos posted or talk to your project manager. i've been working with orius since they started and have never had a problem with being paid. my paperwork is also in order and my invoices are in on time. 4 weeks from your invoice date.
> If your on an Orius job be prepared NOT to receive a paycheck this week. They are holding yet another week for a total of 5 weeks out now. They dont even tell you untill you go to get payed and its not there. I quit and suggest everyone do the same or they will keep screwing their workers. You all know what happened at the beginning of the year, they just keep handing you vasoline.
