Communications engineer coax/fiber/copper

Graduate of college course on coaxial cable. Majored in design tech, and system sweeping with calan and wavetech. Minored in fiber optic splicing. After 6 months of training finished with full Rogers certified liscensing as maint. tech, serv. tech, layout designer, installer and sweep testing. Shortly after Worked for 6 months doing Central office installation for Expertech (div. of Bell Canada). Curently residing in Ottawa area in Ontario Canada, but willing to relocate. For out of country work need sponsorship for green card.Should be able to get approval for scientific visa with the return of for I 129b at your local immigration office.
