Your idea for a Sat Site is a good one....However, at this point I'm up to my eyeballs in web prjects....I'd be interested in talking about it in about 3 months....The projects I'm commited to at this point are currently in the works and to take on another one right now wouldn't be fair th the ones I have going.....
Ya might wanna get ahold of Admin on this site....I can't speak for him, but if it's this sites format you're after, he's the one you'd wanna talk to....
