Splicing Info needed

Nanometer Technologies is looking to start a sub division of it's component and equipment mfg co. to perform splicing in california
we would like any info relating to cost's , quotes , cost per splice etc. as well as any interested parties in working in cal. We would also like to know
what equipment is needed beyond the splicer/otdr/power meters etc. any references for trailers would be good also
