This jerk still owes me money from 1999 about 2500.00 to be exact, I've never had a problem with quality with TW here in Houston so that's not even an issue. I personally know GOOD SPLICERS that he owes in excess of fifty grand here in the Houston area. So keep running your mouth and justifiying non-payment even though you have no idea what you're talking about. The fact of the matter is your probably a system guy who works forty & splits for the weekend. Do yourself a favor and save this arena for the people who make the industry happen the hard working quality minded contractors.
