WE require good experienced splicers who know what they are doing - as a prime to the AT&T/TCI retrofit/upgrades in the Chicagoland and NW Indiana areas, we can help you make alot of money!! Ideally, if you have a crew or crews of 4 or 5 men each, then you can do the whole node yourself and have control of your work flow. If you are by yourself or there are only two of you, then you can do plate change-outs, etc. on a node basis and still make alot of $$.
