Sure, no problem.
Just get the screen you want to see and hit that "PrtScn" button on your keyboard. You now have the image of the screen in your clipboard. Go to any image editor you like, such as PhotoShop or PhotoImpact, open a new doc, and PASTE it (shift + insert works good). Voila'!! Now you can edit, save, etc...
