Man, no offense, but WAKE UP this industry is motivated by MONEY. That's all you guys see. The people controlling the money know that all they have to do is dangle some cash in front of you, and you'll do their bidding. Then, because they have the money, lawyers, and politicians backing them, they can get away with out paying you. There is, the other side of the coin. Was all the work completed to the contract specifications? If yes, then persue the money owed, plus the expenses of legal assistance. If you are ABSOLUTELY RIGHT, stand your ground, look to the next job, and wait for the out-come.
