I am one up on that.I am a Pro and treat the MSO with respect(sometimes hard to do)No matter what the case however I get to know these people.Take them out for a few beers,do a little fishin.I help these guys out with their new system.
Keep in mind that most of these systems that are being upgraded, these guy's havent seen this before. They may have worked there for years and this is there first rebuild.I get with these guys tell them what to expect ya know.CPD ,Ingress,The return path and just using their new Sweep gear.Ass Kisser? Well I don't know.
But when the project is completed I ask them to write down a few words of recommendation.
I have a stack of them now,met some good people in most cases and have no problem getting on another project with the same MSO.
Try it you will be suprised. It"s ALL ABOUT BUSINESS.

> Yea and they probably say the same thing about you after you are gone, it's the nature of the beast. As long as you are there, you are great, after you leave, that sensation you feel (usually in the middle of your back) is the same guy that stabbed the other contractor, twisting the knife!
