Re: CERTIFICATES ANYBODY HEAR OF THIS?

The State of OR and Wa require the orignal insurance papers for your contractors license as I am sure others do.
The forging of documents (insurance)is becoming a problem and I am sure thats what the OSIP thing is in Denver is all about.

> HAVE A GUY HOLDING MY LAST CHECK CAUSE NOW HE SAYS HE NEEDS THE ORIGANAL LIABILITY CERTIFICATE. I MEAN THE HAND SIGNED I CAN FEEL THE IMPRESION ON THE PAPER ONE. I HAVE BEEN DOIN THIS FOR 11 YEARS AND NEVER HEARD OF THIS. MY AGENT FAXED HIM A COPY BUT YOU COULDNT READ THE SIGNATURE SO HE REFUSED THAT ONE SO HAD A GOOD ONE SENT THEN HE CAME UP WITH THIS STUFF. ANY INFO WOULD HELP THANKS.
