Looking for company to bid with on gov contract for university in so. east

If bid is won my company would receive 50% of all related installation services and 50% of 5 year service work at negotiated rates. partnering company would receive all other funds. We are looking for a company to provide the complete service overhaul. installation of a minimum 550MHZ sub-split coaxial system equipped for 2 way comm.minimum 1450 outlets build head end major networks and preferred channels. Again, we are solely looking for the installation end. We will provide the necessary manpower for the project from start to finish.
