Looking for work in South Arkansas or within a few hours drive. Independent contractor with own truck, tools, insurance and experience. Only outfitted to do splicing(or anything else but construction) but can do aerial/UG construction and strand too. I have experience in all aspects of CATV but fiber and headend.
