The Oregon Contractors Board doesn't take faxed certificates only mailed organials. Sounds
like this contractor has been burned by a bad sub who gave him a doctored certificate and when
his insurance co audited him he had to pay for the subs pay as if he were a employee of the company
If this is the only problem you have just call your insurance co and tell them its holding up your
check they should be more than happy to mail out an organial
