need some bids from subs, probably only need two guys to splice fiber that has been thrown my way. alot of small ct. fiber rings are being closed and nodes are being split, must use a fusion splicer, and the splicing will be done at night. harmoic readings are required. splicing to start in may? for the ring closures, node splits are going to start asap.
