> If you just need paperwork for the F.C.C. then It is probably ok to use the 4040, if your not looking for accuracy. If you need to solve a proof problem I wouldn't trust the 4040 or the SDA 5000 they both have wild inaccuracies and can't compare to a good spectrum analyzer like the 8591 C. Stealth has a good little sweep receiver and slm in the 4040 but they need to go back to the drawing board on there pop measurements. Don't forget to use filters( a converter box makes a great little filter)
