I personally always order my tools from Sunset. I call there so that I can talk to either Shawn or Tina. They're generally smarter than I am and usually know what it is I'm looking for when I haven't a clue. I only know to order something like this " that thingy that is attached to the back of the other thingy", know what I mean. But I do sometimes just place an order using email to Tina. I would like it if I could order online, there usually isn't any prices advertised online. You have to call anyways to get the prices.....Did this help any or just confuse you more????? Mrs. Hawkeye
