Re: TCC HAS DOCUMENTATION

Your not paying us is not justified. You can’t just hold subcontractors checks without proof. The “kick back” work orders you gave me had half the address’s and phone numbers cut off making it impossible to verify anything and almost all of them had no explanation or illegible scribbling. Copies of work orders are not enough, I want to see verifiable evidence that they were actually kicked back and why. You and your staff have promised this paperwork time and again, stop pretending your actually going to do it.

I don’t think discussing this in public is going to get it fixed, I’m taking you to court to do that. The only reason this is being discussed in public is so you can’t hide the things you are saying. I want all to see and be able to respond to the way TCC treats their subcontractors. Tom's statement in the email I posted here (do a search using TCC to read this email) sums it up best: "You can call it deception or incompetence but in reality if you were any kind of business man for one you wouldn't be in this situation and two you would be a prime not a sub". That's what Tom thinks of subs. If you are interested in working with TCC, do yourself a favor and read this whole email and judge for yourself.

For anyone who is following this is the total response from TCC:

They have not provided any proof for any of their claims and it’s been over a month since they first promised it. You can follow this thread and others (do a search using TCC) to see them promise and not deliver. You will also see them dodge all of the questions I have posted. I know for a fact many of their claims are false.

The number of boxes they are claiming we are missing has mysteriously jumped from 32 to 50. We have already reviewed the signed documents and found that we signed for 15. Just because we found we signed for 15 does not mean they are missing, it means charter never entered the information. My installers turned their work orders directly into TCC per Tom‘s instructions. This means either TCC lost the work orders or Charter did.

1. You’re right, you weren’t run out of St Louis, you were run out of the Charter system and Charter is the only game in town. You have an office but no clients. onetec, on the other hand, has several clients, one of which just named onetec their top installation company in Missouri AND Illinois. Another has now chosen to use us exclusively for all of their installations.

2. You have disputed this and found boxes yet you have not paid your subcontractors. You openly admit it was due to work order processing yet you have not paid your subcontractors.

3. Please.

4. Yes, you did hold payment. Show proof for any of the rest of the statement.

5. How many times have you said this? Put up or shut up.

The last line of my previous post sums it all up:

I have all of the proof I need to sue. I would not sue or even complain if TCC would have provided supporting paperwork for their claims. They haven’t because they can’t because it doesn’t exist.

If it's not justified, I deal with the issue in a professional manner. What I don't understand is why you think bringing the issue between you and TCC to the cablebar is going to fix the issue. Trying to ruin our reputation will only create more problems for you in the long run.

That’s why they have the paper work. They didn’t return it and, despite all of the talk, still haven’t. The other paper work I’m requesting is proof of claims they are making. Like kickbacks for supposed QC failures with no paperwork showing who, where, who QC’ed, what failed, what installer I would charge back. Nothing. The only thing they gave me were faded copies of work orders with half the address and phone cut off and most have no explanation or illegible scribbling on them. There were no QC failures to speak of until TCC was thrown out of St Louis then TCC starts CLAIMING there are without any proof. The claim of 32 boxes came after TCC decided not to pay me. Again, they have provided no proof that these were issued to my installers. We don’t show these boxes as being missing. It’s the work orders that had the box numbers on them and were turned in to TCC that are missing.
