Re: TCC HAS DOCUMENTATION

Im wondering why they would have to call costomers..Did you know all you had to do is give Charter a call and give them the box number and they could tell you where it was? If the Install was done rite..You would have called them and had Charter to hit the Box..DUHHH!!!! And TEXAS CABLE DID GET THROWN OUT OF WESTVIRGINIA...And the reason is ==they had their Techs doing installs and the only time they were to do installs is when they did the sale at that Sub.. Texas may be climbing high now..but its going to catch up with them real soon.. Least let us prey it does before they do this to anymore Families.. Its really A Surprise that of all the people they have messed with that somehting hasnt happened...What i REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND,,IS WHY CHARTER KEEPS WORKEN WITH THEM...YOU THINK MAYBE WE SHOULD START SENDING EMAILS BY THE 1000'S TO WWW.CHARTER.COM AND ASKING THEM WHY? come on let me hear some good idea's to do here...

> I had the same system you has with TCC on the paperwork the only difference is I still made copies of all my paperwork before i turned it in. I have had my $$$$ held up also because of my employees had 2 boxes missing. Tom Jr. has answered every phone call and has given me a weekly progress update without ever ditching a call. What more can you expect? If I had 50 boxes missing I would be thankful they are trying to find them instead of just taking your $$$$. I know that my guys had placed there 2 boxes but just did'nt write them on the wo and tcc spent a couple of days calling customers to find them.. How bad is that? Hart Telecom

If it's not justified, I deal with the issue in a professional manner. What I don't understand is why you think bringing the issue between you and TCC to the cablebar is going to fix the issue. Trying to ruin our reputation will only create more problems for you in the long run.

That’s why they have the paper work. They didn’t return it and, despite all of the talk, still haven’t. The other paper work I’m requesting is proof of claims they are making. Like kickbacks for supposed QC failures with no paperwork showing who, where, who QC’ed, what failed, what installer I would charge back. Nothing. The only thing they gave me were faded copies of work orders with half the address and phone cut off and most have no explanation or illegible scribbling on them. There were no QC failures to speak of until TCC was thrown out of St Louis then TCC starts CLAIMING there are without any proof. The claim of 32 boxes came after TCC decided not to pay me. Again, they have provided no proof that these were issued to my installers. We don’t show these boxes as being missing. It’s the work orders that had the box numbers on them and were turned in to TCC that are missing.
