Ok Ron, you are right about the scaring off part, but i know what the hourly rate was in cal for your guys w/ cablcom, so i am not too far off. Now if you go back and look @ a posting by Dan Cox on, or around 2/25/02, you will see what kind of guys responded to my ftg adds on this sight, they don't only apply to Dans responses, if i am paying them ftg prices and they still need a babysitter than screw them, they are gone, sh**, for all the headache, i would rather get newfs and train them the way we want the work done, this way during road widening projects we don't have to hear "sh** this sucks we aren't making any money today, we are outta here" if i need a certain job done that will not pay well, i don't have to negotiate prices everytime, and dan did leave out some parts, like showing up for work still drunk, puking on the mso yard, cutting tails in wrong places, or not cutting them at all not knowing where the god damn loops go how to jig out w/out weewaws every 5 fuc*** ft etc etc etc. now this doesn't apply to all readers of this sight. So Ronnie, if you get tired of Cal. come on out here, we'll give you part of our area to run as you like as long as we don't end up losing that area..i know i could have called you tonite and probably still will but i wanted to post this anyway, cause i'm fed up w/the sh**, and for those of you linemen that want refs' on us, they are available never late on payroll, and been here for 8 yrs, mso and employees will back that up
