Hey Archer,

   I hope things are getting better for you.   Remember this...one thing we all learned right away in this business and usually failed to do it until it was no longer an option;  DRAG_UP!!!  Don't hear this phrase much round here, anymore.  This is ultimately our best leverage against situations like yours.  If you are not making the money you need, then leave.  Contractors don't understand or communicate in the same way most of us do.  Words won't change a thing, usually.  No help and dead-lines creeping up is all they understand.  Find another job and be sure to let everyone know why you are leaving.  After your arrival on the new work-20,  Call back to all the phone numbers you wrote down before you left and tell EVERYBODY  where the money is.  Gottit??  Good luck.
