Richmond was lost to the Yankee's back in 1865...it tis enemy territory......TRUE Cabledawgs need to regroup and retake this city again! Let's start a campaign!....lol

Can anyone tell me why no one is interested in Sweeping in Richmond? I have been successful in filling all my sweep/cert positions all over US but not in Richmond. Is there something I am missing. The job seems to be a no brainer. Walkout crews talk about good running, some rear easement but mostly with alleys or UG... Just trying to figure this one out.
