What do we do when we're done? I would love to pick my city and get a maintenance contract, but does that excist? I don't know, maybe we have to be techs. Maybe thats not that bad. You get 40 a week, and 401k. I don't know, my ideal situation never included me working for the damn system. I would love to get a maintenance sub-contract some where for the rest of my life.
> I hear you brother. Half the people I know in cable have been doing it longer than me (10yrs) and they've been "gettin' out" since I've known them. My wife keeps telling me " NO MORE!", and even though I say "this is the last time" every time I start a new job, here I sit ,looking through the cabl/bar ads for another splice job.
