I have had the same problem over the years, No question its radio interference, however the most typical problem with a glitch every so often is MICROWAVE. The only solution is to get the receiving dishs some what lower than they are now. This will hide the interference in most cases, If you have a spectrum analizer, set it to the 950-1450 range and connect the other end to a normal C-band LNB , wave it in the air and see what happens to the meter, it will read abnormal and show you the spurts as they come. Also it will give you the general idea the direction of the transmitter. If its microwave, there is a good chance they are in testing mode and alignment. At this time in the ball game you can be getting some splattering from the transmitter, they will probally correct this in days to come. GOOD LUCK
