Technical Supervisor

The purpose of this position is to oversee, manage, and supervise the daily operation of the physcial electronic plant at the system level. Ensures a high level of system technical performance, quality of work, and customer satisfaction. Prepares and maintains FCC logs, FCC proof tests, audit complaint reports, along with various weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. May be lifting up to 75 pounds, digging, crawling, stooping, and standing.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required. College degree in engineering, electronics or other related field is preferred. must have a minimum of three to five years experience as system Chief Technician or Senior Technician, along with, advance formal electronics education and training. First or second class FCC license is preferred. Experience with plant construction, microwave, satellite earth station, and Human Resource management is preferred. Must have excellent work history.
