Jesse Zastrow is a rat snitch punk and I have it on tape. The only charge I have in S. Dakota is a drug charge and that also happens to be dope that jesse gave me two minutes before I pulled out of his driveway and was pulled over three miles later. I have JESSE ZASTROW aka, dba; DAKOTA CABLE on tape, calling the detectives and turning me in for an expired D.L. Rat_snitch PUNK!!!
