I see these ads that say inhouse jobs and yet you have to have YOUR own tools and truck and they pay you like if you worked for the MSO whats the advantage of being inhouse and then I talked to the companies who post uder contract and they say you have to do this or that and you have to take a piss test and you are in your own truck
and you have to work these days I dont ever remeber the CATV world this screwed up if I worked for inhouse then they provide everything and all I provide was a cup of piss and if I subed out then I provide everything and work when i wanted to as long as the work was done right
am I the onely one that feels that way
