>I've worked for Mastec also, and while they may be huge and on time with their pay, DON'T LET THEM BUY YOUR COMPANY!!! They will tell you that nothing will change, you will still be in control, yadda yadda yadda. In the end, they will turn you and your company upside down untill you cannot make a profit, then they will close your doors, and either send your equipment to other projects or liquidate.
