Re:Denver Colorado Splicing....$0.35 Per ft.

I am on site with another prime in Denver. This is turning into your basic AT&T project, hurry up and wait. Many subs becoming leary of this project. Waiting on permits now (supplied by AT&T), which should have been done long before now. 5 primes with 200 miles retro each. 2-3 months for 10 guys right. # of splicers per prime is limited by AT&T. Prime estimates 6 months to complete the miles.
The way I see it the subs will not make any money being limited like this.
