Re:we need to form our own union

What you're suggesting is a co-op. The day any company I am working for unionizes will be the last day I work there.

>We need to form our own union across the states so the big primes and others will pay us the right rates instead of us allowing them to sometimes pay us what they want or set a price and then suddenly change it because of some corperate bs. thats what they usualy blame a pay decreas on they always say it came from the corperate office im sick of this shit and feel we realy need to form our own union and set a pay standard across the board .
