The site dont suck but I do agree with everything you are saying with the primes but not just for splicers its the same for every part of the industy I remeber 12 years ago you worked hard did good work and they paid you good I do beleive it has to do some what with the MSO but if the prime would not try to do it so cheap it would force the MSO to pay more.
