Fibercharlie, you are absolutely correct. Whatever anyone has to say about Scott, he is an intelligent man. Scott, you should find this guy via his IP address, and take this loser to court. If he couldn't make it on your crew (and I know, if anything, you give your guys too many chances to make it), then you will probably not get too much financially out of this. But get this asshole into a courtroom! At the very least, you should post his name on the bar on a weekly basis to make it as hard as possible for him to find employment. Don't sick back and let this guy get away with slander...that will just give him the idea that he can get away with it any time.
