Re:Walkout prices



From what I've heard, they are not going to come back up. Average as-built $120 contractor / $100 to the sub.
New build $100 contractor / $80 to the sub.
MDU full survey $7 / $4 to the sub
Addressing seems "expected" with an as-built. I have not
been paid additional to address in 3 years.
Of course, prices are based that your not working for a labor broker and they give you a decent cut.
HARD TO MAKE A LIVING AT THESE PRICES. HOPE SOMEONE ELSE HAS BETTER NEWS!
