Where can I learn to become a splicer??????

My name is Mike Kirkham I've been doing cable for the last 3 years. Installs, Drop buries, and Lots of mdus but want to make better money. would like to be trained and or some direction.. Call me anytime day or night at 765-447-3246, or 765-479-0474 . Thanks, Mike
