Where can I learn to become a coax splicer????

My name Mike, I've been doing cable contracting for the last 3 years or so but theres really not enough money in doing installs or rebuild unless your a splicer.. My question is this. Where can a guy learn to become a splicer? Is there a school or a prime contractor that trains? A respnse would be most apprieceated. Call 765-479-0474 Thanks
