contacts in new york

i am looking for some information on the jobs in new york. i had a crew drop my truck off on friday and dipped out of town with out letting me inventory it. i found it saturday morning and of course tools had been removed. i know they bought tickets to new york and i have the equipment they signed out- all being hand tools and security keys. they will be three broke men having to- of course -work for someone that gives or assigns vehicles, because they are hoppers and do half ass work. the leaders name is darrin delacruz and he has two young boys following him around. i have all information to verify all the above just would like to see what is up.
