Splicing Supervisor for Northern ILL. Retro/Rebuild

Need Splicing supervisor for retro/rebuild in Northern ILL. Prior experience at supervising 10-15+ contract production splicers. Need at least 3-5 years supervisory experience. Strong CATV tech. knowledge as well as good communication skills. Knowledge of excel spreadsheets a plus. Job starting in 2-3 weeks. Must be able to provide references.
