Re:rights of passage

If you are an employee of a contractor the contractor is liable for your damages. He can fire you for negligance but he can not make you pay for the damages unless you signed an agreement to pay a deductable when you were hired. If you are a sub, pay up. Bottom line, it's the price of doing business for one of you.
