Re:need help with anchors

Shouldn't the PRIME or system have a spec book? Personaly, from loss of income experience, we wouldn't work on anything there is a "grey" issue pending. Until someone from the system that's paying the prime, with an appropriate title, signed document showing exactly how wanted built. That way if later we had to go back & redo the pole or vault, we were again paid for returning to the location. Each area has thier own rules about this type of stuff. And some of the regulations for CATV depend on who's poles and the wording in the lease agreement of those poles. This in addition to the state & local laws.
