TO MANY CHIEFS,NOT ENOUGH INDIANS!!!!!

Does this web site seem to be alot of jobs i've been on!!To many people always tellin other folks what to do when they dont know what the FUCK thier talkin about,or just runnin their dick sucker!!Is it just me,am i trippin or somethin,to much crack on the job!NOT!!Just the other day i let my NEW grnd hnd do a pole change out,well while he just started goin up,2 other crews pulled up!Before i knew it there were 3 guys hoolerin at my grnd hnd,tellin him how to do it 3 diff ways!My grnd hand has watched me long enough,he didnt have to b told how or what to do next!Kinda like this web site(DONT GET ME WRONG,I LOVE THIS SITE,ITS THE BOBMB!!!)ALways got some asshole tellin someone what to do,ormisspellin shit or something!!DAM,HAPPY NEW YEAR AND STUFF!!!!
