I am a contract recruiter for TWC in Memphis and like most companies they are hurting for service techs and maint. Techs.
Since I am fairly new to the industry I was wondering if anyone could give me pointers on how to find these people. SHould I just post jobs, advertise, go to other cities and become a cable stalker, put out a mafia recruiting contact...?
(and besides I didn't just want to post a "We need techs ad in the bar... it just seemed out of place for a new guy to do)
