Need an experienced rebuild/retro manager for large project in upper midwest. Project starting late January 2002. At least 5 years experience as a project manager in rebuild/retro with references to attest to performance and capability. Experience required in running splicers, aerial and underground construction. Ability to deal as the project manager (primary company representative on site) with customer.
