BEWARE OF DUCT UTILITY CONSTRUCTION I have worked for them in Cleveland, Ohio as an in house splicer and they don't pay the employees the expenses or paychecks. If you have the same problem with them please contact the Cincinnati, OH District Attorney--they already know about them.
