I tried to post warnings! I did very fine work for Scott. He had a lineman die on his job, so he came out with a stupid contract. I wouldn't sign it without lots of changes. I had 3 gigs when I left. That was out of 4 towns I had worked. Three were complete. I left after rough balancing and was backcharged for all the rebalancing (.05 per foot)that occured after light got to the last town a month later. Now, he won't pay the last little bit (after the backcharges) because I let the world know that he isn't paying and is backcharge happy. I hope the next poor sucker gets the picture before it happens to them.
