Re:Beware Underground Splicers

Yes reelman we know very well about Robert Bateman. However, where he was working there was another person that was a whole lot worse---Mark Garrigus! He ran several splicing contractors off from Tucson because he demanded a percentage of the contractors take. I was happy to hear that he got fired from Tucson. I guess,Protel/Mastec or somebody finally got wise to him.
