I've read some of the posts about the latest virus...BadTrans-B... And some folks still think someone is out to get them....This thing gets sent to you from some other poor shit who got saddled with it.. When ya get it, it replicates on it's own.......
You DON"T have to click on an attatchment...!!!
I kinda happens on it's own......As far as I know, only OutLook Express 5.0 and above are vulnarable to this....But I'll check and make sure.....
One of the pain in the ass realities of this virus is that it collects all your passwords, credit card #'s and some other stuff you don't want getting out and sends it back to the author ! Or something like that....
Just about all the Virus Protection Software out there needs to be updated to catch the virus....
This thing has made it around the world in a hurry....I tend to think that most of us don't have to worry about our personal information being used in an inappropriate manner....However, I suggest you change your passwords.....And a Firewall wouldn't hurt.....!
